Jordan Madden
Associate
After graduating from UW Madison, Jordan spent years in criminal defense as an investigator for Public Defender’s Offices in Wisconsin and Michigan. Specializing in major felony cases, Jordan worked directly with clients navigating some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. This early work shaped his approach to practice: he approaches every case with patience, compassion, and respect for the human complexity behind each legal challenge.
Graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2025, Jordan earned CALI Awards for receiving the highest grades in both Family Law and Criminal Procedure: Investigative Process. He has served as a 711 Guardian ad Litem with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, interned for the ACLU of Illinois, and gained hands-on experience at several respected law firms, including Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP. His background fuels his client-centered approach and his belief that advocacy is most effective when it honors both the law and the lived lives beneath it.
Jordan is a member of the LGBTQ community and is passionate about serving LGBTQ clients with the respect, understanding, and support they rightfully deserve throughout the legal process.
Outside the office, Jordan is an avid runner, racing across the Midwest and Europe, and is currently preparing for the 2026 Chicago Marathon. Jordan is a music and movie lover, and a strong believer that good art, like good advocacy, can change lives for the better.
Jordan brings an investigator’s persistence, an advocate’s precision, and an empathetic approach to the practice of law. He is proud to help clients navigate difficult legal moments toward steadier, more stable ground.
